Brief was given over regarding a villain, an evil arch nemesis of Stanley who pops up during the VT causing havoc, making the heroes in training encounter tasks to test their skills.
It was proposed to me with the name and a comic-book looking monkey style.
The physical plush toy with sewn fabric, light enough to use as prop for puppeteer.
